When we act we expect results and when we do not get the result we anticipate from our efforts, we end up understandably disappointed. Overcoming the disappointments we experience due to lack of our anticipated results requires daily renewal of our hope in the LORD. Only by daily renewal of our hope can we carry on putting in the necessary efforts needed to manifest our God given success. Success and failure is a spiritual matter and the outward picture is not final  determination of success or failure. The temporary natural setbacks is not an indication that we are unsuccessful in our endeavours in the spiritual sense. A natural setback could effectively mean a set up by God for you to have His predestined breakthrough for your life in all realms and dominion. 

The evidence of our success in life is in our perfect unity and oneness with Christ Jesus.  Christ as author and finisher of our faith came from heaven to earth to take all the faith challenges and exams that we can possibility face for us, and passed it all to the glory of God the Father.  As long as as we remain in oneness with Christ, we are partakers of His royal pass marks. Therefore, every testing disappointment we face, will only work together a ground breaking testimony for us to the glory of God the Father. In Christ, we are a success in every season of our lives and as long as we remain in oneness with Christ, we will continue to be a success in God's own eyes irrespective of the natural world situation we can possibly find ourselves in.  

A disappointed end result can never be a final outcome for those that are truly in Christ. God's appointed outcome for us in Christ is always a good one no matter the natural outlook of things. Therefore, a temporary disappointment is never meant to stagnate us from marching ahead in line of faith. We need to keep marching ahead irrespective of how disappointed we are and, full of a lively hope that the temporary disappointing  outcome is not our final result, but the good outcome finalised already by God in the spiritual realm and foreordained by Him to manifest in our natural lives at His own appointed time.   

Disappointment can never surface when the appointed time for manifestations arrives. And as the redeemed in Christ, it is important we continually walk in understanding of the fact that God is a God of seasons and appointed times. It is also important that we understand that whilst we await His appointed times and seasons for manifestations, we continually exercise patience, and avoid letting temporary disappointments hinder us from keeping our fellowship appointments with Him. As believers, trusting God in all seasons of our lives and believing that He will in due season manifest our expected outcomes is key to overcoming our emotional feelings of disappointments. Therefore, it is important we trust God in all circumstances and continually believe that He will give us His own expected outcome in due season. 

Whatsoever the disappointing  situation or circumstance you are in today, don't let it debar you from marching forward to God's appointed destination platform and season of manifestations of success for your life. Our relationship with God is eternal and God is always present in every season of our lives. His thoughts for us are good. And as long as you continually keep your fellowship appointments with Him, the testing disappointments of today will indeed be a blessed testimony in your tomorrow for the encouraging of others, and to the glory of our God who can never fail or allow us as His adopted offspring in Christ to ever fail! 

Prayer: 

Thank You LORD for Your appointed predestined purpose for my life. I thank You LORD for keeping me in the right path by Your grace and mercies. I pray LORD that You continually keep me in Your presence and guide me daily to do Your Will, so I can fulfil my entire life purpose in all seasons as foreordained by You. My hope O LORD is in You. I believe Your thoughts for me are good and that You are by Your dominion power and authority working everything all out for my good. 

I pray O LORD that You empower me daily to see beyond my seemingly looking disappointing situations and that You consistently focus my attention on Your successful permanent outcomes for my life. Empower and enable me O LORD to continually remain in the path of Your righteous eternal life success path for my soul. Furnish me daily with Your divine counsel. Let Your perfect Will be forever done in my life in all situations, circumstances and seasons of time, and for eternity to Your utmost glory and honour. Amen.
